IN A VERY BBT MODE NOW!!

i'm feeling super unwell now and i don't feel like working at all!! i seriously can't believe that after multiple call and trips i made to HR, i'm still not at the doctor's clinic, but in office!!! (and just in case you guys do not know , HR is not in the same building, but at another building two streets down the road!!) all the lousy staff medical benefits!! =/ i guess i have to wait till after work!!

these days have been really really bad. my stomach had been churning non-stop and i just feel like vomitting. what's more irritating is actually my SPLITTINGHEADACHE that doesn't seem to turn for the better even at night!! this is BAD, BAD, BAD as it resulted in a lack of SLEEEEEEP!! i'm really tired now!! =[

i guess the best way is to update on the HAPPIER STUFF!!! =]

Despite the headache, i went to watch IRONMAN with KOR and NICK!! it's SO SO SO GOOOOD!! cause it's really funny!! no wonder it's the BLOCKBUSTER of the year!! =] i love the way technology works in the movie and it really made me ponders more in a very GP way. yes, GP way!! hahax. it's just so COOL!! =]

we finally had a class gathering as the form of a BBQ after so long!! just love their company cause it was hours and hours of pure fun and laughter!! =]



honestly, that was the FIRST bbq that i've attended that had OYSTERS and BAMBOO CLAMS!! it was so so delicious!! =] must really thank KEITH and CALVEN for organising it!! =D

LABOUR DAY!!
as a reward, my dad brought us to JUMBO@DEMPSEY!! love the outdoor setting there!! so relaxing, especially with the sunset as a background! love the black pepper crabs there to bits, so juicy!! and you know that we get our individual dish-wash instead of a table to one!! HYGIENE CONSCIOUS!! GOOD!!=]but the highlight came with the bill!! as that outlet was newly opened for only 9 days, they gave us chocolates!! so nice of them right?? guess what favour they were? BLACK SESAME and BLACK PEPPER!! NO, i DID NOT type WRONGLY!! it's BLACK PEPPER!! super cool right?? and my kor tried it!! it was SPICY can!! *faints*

DEMPSEY ROAD gives me the feeling of ANOTHER RAILMALL. other than the fact that it is SO SO SO MUCH BIGGER!! it's a rather comfortable environment, but too ulu!! =/ i dont mind going back there and trying the other restaurants!! =] *HINTHINT* =P

on a happy note, kor and i went to town in the afternoon and some people were giving out SPEEDRACER OFFICIAL POSTER. (those posters with double-print!!) so cool can!! obviously i took the poster, but now i have to think of how to frame it!! -.-

SHERM's random movie crave resulted in me going to VIVO. -.- and to think that i woke up cause he CALLED!! okay, it was like 11++ but i slept at 5++!! =/

watched AWAKE with sherm and ZR. and i'm certain that for more than half the movie, my hands were covering my eyes!! ther operating scenes were really GORY!! >.< i seriously DIED in the cinema can!!

MOVIE WAS 'HAROLD AND KUMAR: ESCAPE FROM GUANTANAMO BAY'!! IT WAS LIKE SUPER SUPER FUNNY CAN!! REALLY LOVED IT A LOT CELESTE!! =] THANKS FOR CHOOSING THE MOVIE!! IT WAS LIKE SUPER SUPER LAME, BUT IT REALLY PROVIDES TWO FULL HOURS OF LAUGHTER!! =] LOVE THAT STUPID 'SQUAREROOT OF THREE' POEM!! =] ALTHOUGH I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE!! =x

met shihua, fangzhou and qiu at somerset MRT and guess what!! fangzhou and qiu were LATE la! (although it was within my expectations, but 2 hours....??) had dinner at PASTACAFE!! woohoo!! the food there was really really great, thus highly recommended!! =] edward said it was GOOD also!! hahax!! love the salmon and mushroon pasta to BITS!! <3

anyway, we walked to cine and gave qiu her surprise!! she was super paiseh when we sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY out loud at the food court cause a lot of people were looking at us!! it was simply fun with sherm, zr, benja, celes, des, chinchye, monkey, rara, chianlim and ash.
just imagine taking eons to convince the lifeguard to give us TWO plasters...
just imagine zr, sherm and monkey trying to pose as beach HUNKs...
just imagine playing captains' ball with the injured (zr), tired (sherm) and scary (chianlim)...
just imagine sherm reading NEWSPAPER at the beach...
just imagine ZR trying to act cool/emo whenever the camera is on him...
just imagine des with his usual nonsense...
just imagine sherm losing his contacts the moment he jumped into the sea...
just imagine des almost losing his specs while playing captain's ball....
just imagine the scary beach filled with seaweed due to the low tide...
just imagine the beautiful sunset...
just imagine the wonderful company with the 26th is enough to make this trip a VERY VERY happy one!! =]

last but not least, not forgetting the VERY VERY VERY PHILOSOPHICAL MOVIE that we watched, CASSANDRA's DREAM... OMG! it was like a literature film i can say as it was simply a tragedy at the end. though it is a very low-budget film, the meaning behind everything does make sense after all...

HAHAX.

watched another movie at cathay cineplex!! i swear i simply prefer cathay's cinema to gv's, but sherm beg to differ. oh well, each his own i guess!! HAHAX. watched STREET KINGS!! i didnt understand 80% of the movie until the end!! so confusing and SOOOOOO gruesome. =/ however, this movie really made me ponder a lot, for even at the end, it continued to show the ugly side of human beings. so is it true that good will always triumph evil? i guess not! =/

hahax. on a lighter note, i cut my hair yesterday. at first, i thought it WAS A DISASTER, but NOW, i really love my new hairstyle!! my colleages said it gives me the naughty and playful look, which suits me!! =] but it is really time consuming to maintain it!! =[ OH WELL, i doesnt matter as long as i like it!! HAHAX.

actually, my main purpose of updating today is to wish QIUSHENGYI a HAPPY 19th BIRTHDAY!! =] hahax. i just love, love, love him to bits!! HAHAX. i guess i made it in time, cause there's still about 20 mins left!! =]

DAY 22 and still counting...

today was a very embarassing day!! i was teased from the moment i started work till i end work!! -.- and the reason was due to the fact that my over enthusiastic and warm-hearted colleagues wanted me to know this guy from another department!! it was like "MATCHMAKING" with the excuse of "UNIVERSITY APPLICATION" and "MAKING NEW FRIENDS". you can never imagine how shy and quiet i was in front of him during lunch!! =x however, there was really something that attracted me, which was his voice, for it reminded me of someone. the stammering due to the shyness and embarrassment was just so familiar that it became heart warming. undeniably, he is a nice guy and is pleasant looking too. in addition, there would be a high chance that we head for the same course too in university, so i guess it was not a bad idea to know more about him now. who knows but he may be my future classmate, right?? =]

on a lighter note, i completed ALL my university application already!! YEAH!!! =]
